A Letter from the President

As you may know, today’s seniors are challenged to determine the best plan for their future due to issues such as the state of the economy and the declining real estate market. Because of these factors, many of the seniors in the Robbinsville area who expressed interest in The Pines at Robbinsville over the last year were hesitant to make The Pines at Robbinsville their future home. Unfortunately, due to this low level of commitment, the project did not meet its presales goals, and therefore the Board of Trustees for the parent organization, Keswick Pines, has made the decision to terminate the development of The Pines at Robbinsville.

I am sorry that the Pines will not be able to offer this valuable lifestyle in Robbinsville. I am, however, pleased to direct you to our flagship community, The Pines at Whiting, which offers an even more comprehensive program of services and amenities at a lower cost than the The Pines at Robbinsville.
